CWM is a software application developed specifically for Hospices. It encompasses all aspects of hospice operations including accounts receivable, electronic billing, bereavement, fundraising, and patient management.

The Patient module tracks patient electronic medical records (EMR), generates billing, electronic medical claims (EMC), and tracks AR. It also interfaces with most major accounting systems. The Clinical module is used to document direct point of patient care activities, physician's orders, and includes a comprehensive and customizable plan of care.

Annual support agreements are available and include 24x7 technical support.

Integration: CWM integrates to most major accounting software products utilizing the statistical manager module. This module provides for user-definable fields and formulas and easily integrates with the click of a button.

Patient Management: CWM allows you to enter referral information and track accordingly. Referral can be converted into patients to store all patient demographic information related to patient care. This includes assessments, a history of the patient
